The AICONFORM consortium combines public-sector leadership, AI and software engineering, legal and data protection expertise, qualified trust services, semantic technologies, pilot environments, training capacity and communication outreach. Together, the partners develop, validate and disseminate tools that make AI compliance more practical, interoperable and trustworthy.

The Ministry of Digital Governance coordinates AICONFORM and provides strategic public-sector leadership. It oversees governance, quality assurance, ethics and risk management, while leading the Greek public administration pilot where AIConform will support regulatory reporting and conformity assessment in a governmental setting.
